WELCOME TO JOURNEY NOTES!

A warm welcome to spiritual journeyers everywhere! We are excited to announce the founding of Journey Notes, Hearken Books’ semi-monthly blog for spiritual seekers of all faiths. In Journey Notes you will find reflections, stories, pictures, videos, news bites, and lessons to inspire both contemplation and action as you journey on this earth, with God’s grace, to become the person you were always meant to be.

Our blog posts will address universal spiritual questions such as: How do we allow the one and only life we will ever have to be filled with meaning and purpose? How in our busy lives can we find time for the spiritual journey? How do we stay attuned to the Inner Whisper, the voice of wisdom and love within us? How can we experience inner peace and steadiness during life's trying times?

To answer these questions, we will discuss themes such as radical love, the bonus life, letting go, discernment, contemplation, prayer, and serving others. We will suggest ways to harness these spiritual pathways to find inner peace and meaning.

There will be three categories of blogs: Reflections, Lessons, and News Items. You will be able to search our archive for blog posts falling under each of these categories.

Your comments, questions, suggestions, and reflections are welcome! Please leave a comment below.

Journey Notes is one of a family of spiritual resources sponsored by Hearken Books. Check out our Facebook page and our newly released booksSurprise Journey: A Spiritual Memoir and Traveling: A Spiritual Seeker’s Guide.
